Okie so i was an obese kid , i used to weigh 86 kilos and thru the past 2 years i managed to lose 20 pounds and reach the 66 kg ...
But well , no matter how hard i work out , i just can't seem to lose anymore weight , i still got 10 kilos to go , am 160 cm , 66 kg ... and i want to be 56 kg ...
I take supplements such chromium and L carnitine .. do u have any other tips or advices ?
I work out 3 hours a day , 4 days a week ...am 22 years old .. and excuse my bad english am not a native english speaker .. =)
