hello i just started hitting the gym again couple of days ago.
i've always ate healthy though. when i go to the gym i do a full body workout.
-heavy weights for legs
-light weights for upper body
-cardio
-jump rope 1000x before breakfast.
i only work on my abs 2 times a week because i must lose some fat first. for some reason my stomach looks much bigger and bloated than before i started going to the gym. is this normal?
does this happen to other people too?
