i used to weigh 90Kgs now i weigh 70Kgs by dieting myself.now i don't go to any gym or anything but i noticed that though i have become slimmer my tummy fat is still there.How do i get rid of that really quickly.i want to abs or at least a flat tummy by getting rid of the fats on it.i really don't mind joining the gym or workout at home it self.i want to loose my fat on my tummy really quickly.please don't suggest any thing like liposuction.i am willing to workout to remove the fats.please suggest me the appropriate exercises for the GYM and HOME.thank you.
