She is about 28-30 years old, a B or C list actress who I think fits in with the Tara Reid, Paris Hilton description of being famous just for being famous rather than actually doing anything. She looks like a younger Denise Richards, was somewhat on the short side and had a baby in a stroller with her. She also had a guy with her that looked fairly similar to a 30 year old Brad Pitt. Any guesses who this could be...it's driving me crazy that I can't think of her name.
