Please recommend a tropical place with clear blue water for vacation! and why?

Hi,

I'm looking to find a place for a bdaygirft/vacation - I wanted somewhere warm and clear blue water with lots to do since we are a younger couple... but not Cancun style "things to do".


I so far have St.Lucia
Pluerto Plata
Punta Cana
Jamaica
Aruba
Grand Cayman


Your opinion would be greatly appreciated and why you like the place you recommended.
