plz help...i have tripped out security officer calling the cops on us?

there was a security officer outside my house about 30 mins ago trying to tow the vehicle of someone at my house visiting. he says it is a violation to park behind OUR cars and that she cant do that. she took the violation notice...NOT A TICKET...just something to let us know we are in violation of the parking situation and wadded it up and threw it. this piece of paper is the size of a check btw..he stated she hit him with it and he called the cops. he brought up the fact that he is african american (we are anglo american) and that she did it out of racial spite. she left to be sure she didnt get arrested and her car towed. is this legal? the cops never showed up here (even though we called them also) and he just left..out of nowhere he was just gone. is there anything i can do legally against him?
 
i'm black and I say screw that guy. He sounds like someone that hates his job and he's bringing up the race card because he is grasping at straws.

forget about it , the cops did after all.

i would probably go to the police station and definatly see why no cops arrived, i mean what if it were a REAL emergency, ya know?

answer mine, please.
