My prob is slightly weird...actually i had a bf but v broke up..we had a kiss but never had sex...but since past few days,certain excitement arouses in me whenever i see any sex pic or think abt it ,i used 2 feel like havin sex wid sum1 but i didnt hv my bf 2 do so...just to get rid of that excitement i used 2 rub my pussy which resulted in d release of dat stuff4m ma vagina..it used 2 relieve me a lot i donno y...bt i got used 2 it after doin it i used 2 breathe heavily n used 2 feel very uncertain ,in d beginning i didnt had any prob but 4m past few days m gettin cramps n pain in ma lower muscles n ma periods also got disturbed,i didnt had ma periods 4 nearly 3 months now i stopped doin it but still i cant resist it n also ma periods started 2 days ago but wid very less amnt of bleedin..i don hv any experience of artificial ****** neither i can do it on ma own...wat should i do plzzzz help....how can i get rid of dat excitement....wat d heck dat cramp n pain was n y did ma periods got suddenly disturbed????? any medical help plzzzzzzzzzz...m really worried hv i disturbed ma menstro cycleor was it a coincidence?????
