the person accused should be given strict punishment for committing this ....whether he is man or woman............i mean infidelity
 
i dont know about legal but " took a louisville slugger to both headlights, slashed a whole into four tires, carved my name into his leather seats" would suffice.
 
No, this is America and I was raised here so it influences me to think no. If there is an afterlife let them be punished there.

No, that's the same as cramming beliefs/ideology/religion down your throat. Some people are polygamists. Some people have three way relationships where all three people love each other. It is my opinion that the government should butt out of marriage completely and tax everyone the same. Marriage is a religious practice.
 
No... that's their problem if they've been cheating, not the governments. The legal system has already waisted too much time on little things like Marijuana and not real crimes like Murder.
 
Absolutely!

It should involve something like pipe cleaners or live bees being rammed up the cheaters' peeholes, that way you can be sure they'll never do it again and the world will be a better place.

infidelity should most definitely have consequences.

it rips families apart, and if someone can be so selfish as to do that to their own family, they should NOT get away with it.
 
It's called a "Divorce", and if I understand right,..in the States it affects your rights and awards from the Divorce proceedings.
As far as I'm concerned cheating is the end of any relationship/marriage.
