Broken 
Y'know, they said not to swing on the ceiling fans at that hotel. Then they said not to steal bananas from the fruit salad bar. Then they told me I was not to throw poo in the lobby. Then they said I couldn't turn the big net on the wall (why the heck was that there) into my own jungle gym.
Hah, I did all that stuff.

So, should rules be broken, used as guidelines, or followed?
