Possible to make a personalised greeting when getting in my car?

Hi, just got my first car & I'm customising and personalising it all and giving it loads of little extras, one of which I wanted was to get the car to greet me when I turned on the engine, does anybody know if it is possible to connect to the car stereo to do this? Either that of are sat-navs with this feature available? thanks
 
I dont think so mate maybe a hand held tape recorder you press when you get in LOL
