Pot belly mollie just had Babies!!!?

My pot belly molly has just had her babies, i feel really bad because i didnt even know she was pregnant...being pot bellied and all. Anyways, i have saved as many as i could and put them in a smaller tnak to grow...what do i feed them? and how long will it be until they can go into the community tank without getting eaten?
 
We just crumble the usual fish food flakes until they are pretty much powder.

Our molly had babies about 2 months ago and they are still separated. I would say about 3 months or until you can tell what sex they will be.
