Problem about my 4gb memory stick pro duo for psp...?

i need help about my memory stick, when i insert it in my psp, my psp don't recognize it.
But when i inserted my old memory, it recognize it faster than i thought.

but when i try to connect my 4gb memory stick in my computer, it connected.


can anyone help me please?
