Problem with my Motorola Razor V3?

I just got it new and I got everything setup. I hooked it up with the USB cord and I can't transfer files. Help. I have the ATT Version.
 
This is why I will never own another razor!!! I hate them! hate them!!! hate them!!! if you have insurance on it "loose the phone" and get something else
