problemm with downloading torrents on utorrent?

I have utorrent on my computer. I download mostly movies and music onto it. I get my torrents from btjunkie.com. It was working fine like it has the past two years but starting a few weeks ago when i tried to download something this screen popped up saying do you want to find a program to open this file on the internet or do you want to save to the computer. When i pressed save it came up the same way it does when you try to save an image. I don't know what is wrong and there are some movies i need to get for my friends at work.Any help will be greatly appreciated. It is music i am trying to download too. Thx.

Maybe you need to re-install uTorrent. If that doesn't work, right click on the torrent file you downloaded and choose "Properties" In the box somewhere it says "Opens with" and the name of the program next to it. If it doesn't say uTorrent, then click on the button next to it that says "Change". Choose uTorrent from the list and save your settings. Then it should work.

do you scan your torrents with your anti virus? you are just as likely to get virus's from torrents than any other file you download from the internet.

otherwise, i would say reinstall
