ok, i have the white lg rumour cell phone with a three year contract with bell. i got it a little over a year ago, so my warranty is up. before my warranty was up, i sent my phone away to get fixed because the phone continuously shut off without warning. when they returned my phone, it still shut off. i learned to live with that, but within the last few weeks, my qwerty keypad has been giving out, and my screen has been cutting in and out (and sometimes it goes dim, as if it's on the dim setting for a few seconds, but it's not). if i press on the down arrow on the navigation circle, my screen goes black for a second, then bright, then dim then black then back to bright. can anyone tell me what is wrong with my phone? or if there's anyway i can get it fixed? please help.
