Program oovoo won't uninstall from Vista...?

When I go to uninstall the program it starts to delete but then stops short and never does. I have scanned my computer with 2 different programs for malware doing so in safe mode. I have also tried to remove the program in safe mode..nothing has worked.. someone help?

I would try running the original installer, maybe it will provide some options for repair/removal, if yes, try repair and then uninstall.
