Well I don't drive a Sequoia, but it looks like in your situation an SUV is the most logical car to buy. Why only a Sequoia though?

Im going to be driving soon, and I want to get a Toyota Sequoia, here http://www.babez.de/toyota/sequoia/toyota-sequoia-05.jpg

My only Cons to getting this are

>very crappy gas mileage
>More to insure/repair parts with a V8 engine and 4 wheel drive

The only thing is, I might need the V8 with 4WD because of where my dad lives. In winter, our driveway freezes and some of our cars cant get out of our uphill facing driveway. And i dont want to get stuck in the driveway when im at my dads house on a sunday with school the next day. (He lives very far away from my school)

Also, we go camping alot. Once i get a car, im probably going to be in my own car when we drive up to the camp ground. And you must have 4WD or you have no hope of getting up there without damaging the car.

So what do you think? is it worth it to have those 2 extra features on the car?

plus, the drive to and from my parents house is dangerous during winter. They usually close down the road about 10 minutes after it starts snowing, due to black ice and too much snowfall. But most of the time, you can get on the road before they get a crew out there to shut it down. So I want a car that can handle climbing up/down snow covered roads with lots and lots of black ice.

lastly, we have trailers and ATV's we like to use during the weekends, where we will plan a day trip and pull them out into the dessert. im sure my parents are going to want me to pull one of the trailers when we go, so again, I need 4WD and a V8 because the climb up to our campground requires both of those.

The sequoia is the only SUV I will buy. No one will convince me to buy another SUV. Its this one or nothing. So what do you think? Are there any sequoia drivers out there that can answer this? How well with this car manage what I specified?
its because im very picky when it comes to cars, and the only good looking SUV to me is the sequoia.

well in my state, in late august, 3 days in one week, people got hit by SUVs. It kind of scares me. A pro is that u can put a lot of stuff in it i guess.
sorry my answer sucks
