Ps3 Account isnt logging on?

i signed in my playstation account and it says error and my internet connection works then i go on internet connection test and it says ip success internet connection successes and playstation account failed

I also logged on with this account on my psp
 
its happening to everyone me,my friend and other people i think they are updating something
