PS3 Controller on my Computer?

I have found how to get my PS3 controller to work on my computer. But I have to mod it, will the controller still work for the playstation 3?
 
Yes, it will still work for your PS3. I am using my PS3 controller on my computer for games, and I also still use it for my PS3.
