ps3 downloading divx movies slow?

a few days ago my ps3 would download divx movies in about 30-60min but recently it started taking 2-5 hours+ to download divx movies. everything else downloads fine but the movies are painfully slow. does anyone know what would cause this or have any solutions? thnks.
 
dont worry that happens once it took me 3 hours to download a movie spiderman 3
