pointers? Okay. I have proof of my story that I wrote it. Really. So, like don't steal or whatever...but then again, it might not be all that good to steal. :O Oh well.

Note: I haven't revised this yet so it's just a draft. And I'm not as experience as you adults. And this is just a part of my little fantasy world, so don't judge me too harshly. And...lol okay.

“That’s fine,” Gray snapped. “I don’t feel that way about you.”
Something flashed in his eyes for the briefest of moments. Then it was gone. He stared back, smiling as if he were the mastermind behind an ingenuous conspiracy. She imagined him pushing up his invisible glasses. He closed his eyes, the smile hardening.
“I never intended something like that to happen,” he said in a very quiet voice. “That wasn’t my intention at all. Why would you say something like that?” Now, he sounded mocking.
“I-I,” Gray stuttered, puzzled and mortified. She’d said the first explanation aloud that had popped into her mind. “I wasn’t thinking. That’s not what I meant!”
Thierry sighed, eyes opening tiredly. The smile was completely gone. “Don’t be an idiot, Blakey. I don’t like idiots.”
Gray’s mouth dropped open. He’d dropped a bombshell-of-an-insult on her. She could feel her world crumbling all around; her thoughts going away in one single puff of smoke. Idiot. I’m not an idiot, she thought. But if she were to speak her thoughts aloud, she’d sound undoubtedly uncertain.
Thierry stared long and hard at her, trying to see into her very core; trying to read her swirling thoughts. But her face, though shocked, was an impenetrable fortress built to keep curious eyes like his from discovering how she truly felt. It was something she learned to do as an assassin. Rule number three: never show your emotions or any emotions at all. Stoic and indifferent showed how strong you were at being able to control your emotions. That’s what she was taught.
“Shocking you’d even think something like that,” he continued spitefully. But he wasn’t shocked in the least bit. Where had the sudden bubbling rage come from? “You do have a brain, right?”
“Okay!” she snapped. “I get it!”
