I have an AT&T Samsung flip phone. For security purposes, I locked my phone so whenever I turned it off and the back on, it would ask me for my "Phone Lock" number. Then it would ask me for my PUK number. I have no idea what it is, so I stupidly "used up" all my "chances" in getting the number right. Some people say that your PUK number is located on the back of your SIM card, and then other people are saying that if your attempts are depleted, you'll have to get a new SIM card. Is this true? Because my PUK number is blocked, I can't do ANYTHING except make an emergency call. And I don't even know if the "emergency call" is 911 or the service provider.
Any advice?
