Pulled Groin? Sharp pain.?

Hey all. I play goalie in hockey and i went down to make a save and I got a really sharp pain in my groin area. Now obviously you would say "you idiot that's a groin injury". The thing is though, I get sharp shooting pains which feels like it is in my testicles and rectum at times. This pain is mostly where my leg meets my crotch area.

Any concrete answers here would help. I have never pulled my groin before and I've played alot of hockey.
