My computer does not turn on properly at all. Ever since I attempted a PC recovery I can't even get into safe mode. I tried defaulting the BIOS and disable the internal network adapter. Also tried re-arranging the boot order. Its an HP pavilion dv9000. Can anyone tell me what I can do?
