Quad bike not starting?

its a 100cc rlx apache 2 stroke british quad.

theres a spark, but i dont think its as big as its meant to be???

theres fuel going to the carb.

air intake is fine.

I went out for a day off-roading on it, got back home jet washed it off, went for a ride to dry it out and now a week or two later it wont start??

ooo and i have bought a new plug

Check for spark.
If the spark plug sparks, clean the carburetor - especially the pilot jet.
The pilot jet is as thin as a pin and is easily clogged with bad gas.
