I'm going to buy a cell from bell, and i was looking at the plans and things on the website.
i found a smart phone 'bundle' that is only $20, and provides all the things that i want. but i was talking to and online service provider, and she said that i need to choose a "rate plan" first. the cheapest one for smart phones is $50. i think thats WAY to expensive.
My friends has a cell from bell, and she only pays $20 a month on it.
Do i really need the "rate plan"
(the phone i want is the "samsung galaxy s vibrant")
