question about chevy cavaliers?

okay soo its time i get a car. im tired of askin people for a ride and stuff wen im almost 18 and should be driving myself around. soo i started lookin around. i found a decent car i think. i really wanted a trail blazer but wutever. its a 2001 chevy cavalier. 110,152 miles. is that a lot for a 2001? im like clueless wen it comes to this stuff. also it dont have electric windows. can you change that? umm are cavaliers good cars? any help would be very appreciated thanx. also the car is 3995. is that bad? help thanx :]
 
Buicks are a good car. I have one from 98 and the only thing I have trouble with is during the winter it acts up when starting but that's very rare. Though the less millage you can get is usually better.
