Hello there, not too long ago, or about 4 years ago I bought my first car within the US a 1995 Mitsubishi Galant ES. As far as I understand it's the most powerful out of the other two sisters it has.

My question is since I really love the car, and everything about it, I've noticed the suspension is starting to get old/worn out, the car is really low. We still haven't switched the Timing belt according to what recommendations said already at 130k miles and we still haven't done it, but we continue a normal maintenance on it, somewhat. Ultimately at this point I'm thinking about buying a new car, maybe a newer one (Sedans only) but problem is that since I really like this car I thought about doing everything that I possibly can on it, from using all my spare money to slowly repair bit by bit, to one of the biggest goals that I would have on it which is overhauling the engine completely.

I'm asking for advice about whetever I should keep the car that I really love, or save up and possibly buy a new car, considering I'm also just out of high school. That means my budget would have to be much lower than even 6k >.<.
