question about cruises in europe!?

ok, me and my family are planning to go on a cruise in the Mediterranean next year late june,early july. who should e cruise with. i have cruised with RoyalCaribbean on Freedom of the Seas before, and im wondering if we shoul go with royal again. and if we do, what class of ship are we looking for, because it looks like that on the smaller ships, i would get bored uite quickly, or am i wrong.
or should i forget Royal and cruise with someone eles, like Carnival, becaue i kno thy have fun types of things like water slides and stuff.

so basically, what company should i go with, and what class of ship should i go on,

A few years ago I took a cruise around the Mediterranean with Princess, which was great, but if you are taking children along, I would recommend Carnival because of their kids clubs and most of their ships have a water slide on board.

p.s. the kids club will be helpful if the children don't want to get off the ship or you want to go out on the town with your spouse.
