Question about DVD shrink 3.2?

Is there a way I can just rip the actual video file of the movie and not the menu or special features? I know you can just change those to still images but is there a way to completely disable them?

I was thinking, could you just delete the extra folders?
 
I don't think you can make a DVD with just the movie, no menus or anything. There are other programs that can rip a DVD (or use the files provided by DVD Shrink) and turn it into an AVI or DIVX that is just one file.
