Question about fitness and dieting?

I want to lose a bit of weight around my tummy and bum and thighs, i weigh about 8 and a half stone and i'm around 5ft5, I'm starting Zumba with my friends soon and i'm also starting to run around a rather big field once a week.
I'm also starting to eat more fruit and veg and not eating after 7 pm.
But for the past two years me and my boyfriend have a weekend tradition thank we have a take away and a drink every saturday night, will it still be okay to do this if i eat well and exercise well during the week.

Also if i keep going like this how much will i lose in about a month?
