I picked up my juvenile record today, boy it wasnt pretty, only 2 arrest, 1 for vandalism, when i was 14, and another arrest for "possession of explosive device" which was actually a fire cracker.
However the possesion of explosive device was thrown out and dismissed, Therefore i have no felony.
I know just by asking this, that the outcome would be no, i wont ever get a chance, but does this matter at all?
I mean when your charged with something your accused, but when your convicted, thats a whole diffrent ball game, meaning your found guilty, so if the case was thrown out "dismissed" and i did not get a felony, would they even give me a chance?
is it a 50/50 thing? maybe i luck out maybe i dont?
Honestly, i wouldnt give a person a shot with that on there record, but i hope they do, because i was 14, im 23 now, no adult record, been a law abiding citizen since.
Pay my rent, bills, car insurance, go to school, got my diploma, what will happen? am i wasting my time?
