Question about Limewire?

I used to have Limewire on my computer but I deleted it when the site got in legal trouble last year. I was just browsing the internet a little bit ago and found an advertisement for www.freelimepro.com. I went to it and it is a website to download limewire pro for free. I went to limewires original website, www.limewire.com, and it is still shut down due to an ongoing investigation. Does anyone know if this new site is legit? And more importantly, is it legal? It doesn't have any privacy information, legal information, or a way to 'contact' them.

Also, anybody know anything about www.ez-tracks.com?
