Question about redeeming an itunes card on my itouch?

I read some other questions people posted about how to do this, and on all of them the responders mentioned a "redeem" button in the top left-hand corner of the Downloads page. I went and looked on mine, and there's no "redeem" button. Am I doing something wrong?
 
If you go to the app store, scroll ALL the way down, and you should find it there.
