Question about stress bumps?

K so I'm kinda in a crazy relationship well we don't go out but we do emotionaly n physically( kissing) but were waiting on the other one to do the asking out part but we are always getting into arguments because he wants me to think he doesn't care when I talk to other guys n flirt but I can tell he doesi guess it's making me stess out alot do u think thatswhy I'm getting these little bumps on my back and a little on my arms mabey stress bumps??
