Question about the LG enV2 vx9100?

I have a couple of questions and hoping to find someone knowledgeable. I just got an LG enV2 yesterday and I'm trying to find out a few things about it.

1. Can I transfer ringtones and music to my phone through the bluetooth connection. When I try to send mp3 files they keep going through to the Sounds folder, which I cannot set as ringtones, though I can listen to the songs.

2. Are there any sites where I can download games for this handset? I had the LG vx8700 before this, and I couldn't get free games for it, but I was wondering if anything has changed with this platform.
 
There's a website called mobiles24.com and you can download songs, games and whatever for free. All you have to do is choose whichever you would like and you have to email it to your phone as a picture message and save it that way. And then you are able to set it as a ring tone.
