Question for Catholic and Orthodox Christians?

I know the church of Jerusalem is the oldest center of Christianity. With the exception of Jerusalem, which historic center(s) of Christianity carry more weight and why? Rome, Antioch, or Alexandria? Roman Catholics, don't respond with the Petrine argument, since Saint Peter also was instrumental in building the Antioch church.
 
St. Peter was involved in founding the Church of Antioch (and also that of Jerusalem), but he died while Bishop of Rome--and Rome was the capital and most important of the world at the time. Thus, in the days of the Pentarchy, Rome held pride of place.

Rome for Catholics and Constantinople or even Moscow for Orthodoxes
Jerusalem was destroyed by Romans in the Jewish revolt and later occupied by Muslims so lost its importance

It's Rome which give western Christianity that Latin feel
the Byzantine Rite used in Orthodox Church comes from the Antiochian Rite
