Question for Verizon Wireless Smartphones and Android?

I read somewhere online that the only phone that can use a full fledged web supported flash on your mobile phone is the HTC Hero. Will phones like LG Ally or HTC INtrig or any other smartphones have that luxury as well in 2010? One thing that does bother me is the lack of flash support with the web browser.
