The problem sounds like it is either gain or current related. Try using the multimeter method to set the gain. It really isn't that hard and it is a lot more accurate than setting the gain by ear. http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=3704
ok so im new to sound systems and i recently just put in a 10' kicker a 800 wat pioneer amp and when i'am playing songs i Higher the volume the Sub will cut out sometimes and come back on. the sound i can raise to about 22 then it starts getting CUTTY
