Christians can choose between Saturday or Sunday during which religious or emergency service work is allowed.

Ok... let's clarify a few matters of the laws first. The Mosaic laws were a judicial system set up by God for rulership of a theocracy. We do not currently live in an Abrahamic theocracy, so those laws no longer apply. Secondly, the Sabbath rest was instituted at creation to be kept in rememberance by all of mankind, not simply Jews of the OT. God made this clear by holding it up in the Decalogue, His moral 10 commandments (which incidentally have never been done away with as many suppose). Therefor, all mankind are to honor God by keeping the ten commandment Sabbath (Saturday) but aren't to be punished by death here and now. Actually, those who do not love Christ by keeping the commandments of God will pay via eternal death in the lake of fire later.

Nobody can truly say what day was the "Sabbath Day, mankind can only guess at what day it was,, personally...when I start my workday (be it Tuesday) my Sabbath Day will be on a Monday; the same should hold true to the faithful likewise, this ways security can be provided 24/7."

contend yourself with the knowledge that jesus has died in return for your past and present and future sins.jesus has already paid for your present, past and future sins.so no problem.keep on breaking the rules and laws, the penalty is prepaid and paid in advance..keep working on sabbath day.you are not liable for penalty as it is already paid full in advance.penalty is never paid twice..
