Questions about 96 Nissan 200sx Body Parts and Accessories.?

I need help on gathering some parts for my 96 200sx. I want power windows and locks, new gauges ( just to replace the standard gauges, not to add oil gauges etc. ) How would I get a new dash or change it. Do I sand it down and repaint it or can I get a whole new one? Also I need new seats. I want to know where can I get all of this stuff from. Any help?
