I saw some items I like to buy in Ebay.com but I am a newbie so I don't know how safe it is to be buying from Ebay. I mean the payment is Paypal so how can I be sure that the seller will really ship the ordered goods? how can I be sure that the seller will send me the order in good condition (no damage) because most of them accept return or replacement but the shipping is charged to the Buyer. Does Ebay guarantee that the goods will definitely be shipped to the buyer in good order and that the Buyer will really receive the item?
