Questions to Kempo Martial Artist?

These names could be titled something different.
1.) What is Defence 6
2.) What is Defence 7
3.) What is some advice that you would give to someone who is trying to do a split. By being able to do a split, I can highten my kick


Also, what are some helpful websites that would have some information about it(questions 1 and 2).

the only website for those defenses would be your dojo's or organizations

those type of techniques vary from one dojo to the next there is no standard at all the variables for them are limitless.
