I'm using Camtasia to record a game. I'm attempting to record my voice separately using Audacity's Microphone record feature while I'm recording Stereo Mix with Camtasia. However, every time I use Microphone on Audacity, Microphone records on Camtasia as well (and when I use Stereo Mix on Audactiy this nets the same results).
How can I set up my Camtasia and Audacity so that I can record audio on one (doesn't necessarily have to be one or the other) and commentary on the other one? All answers are appreciated.
