ok so where i live spring break is in 2 weeks and prom is 3 weeks after that so everything is happenin really fast. i need a tone up workout routine that will work in like 2 weeks. im a soccer player so im already fit and im already runnin everyday but i want to get more tone to my body. specifically id like to tone and firm my abs, arms, back, and legs a little. does anyone have any routines or tips that will have noticable results quick? also any other fitness, diet, or health tips would be great! thanks yall!
