Quit Smoking, Stomach Ache?

So I quit smoking a week ago I did not smoke alot around 2-3 a day anyways first couple days I was fine aside from cravings now my stomach feels weird. I have bowel movements everyday but its this weird rumbling an general upsetness....this is the 2nd day I have been feeling this.
Also!! My lips taste very salty!! an my mouth
 
i just quite smoking it's my 3ed day i am only experiencing hard time to fall a sleep and bad mood
but every one is different

keep going never go back that habit again i have been smoking for 7 years and i hate it
