No. It's haram to expose ones sins.

But he/she should get tested for STD's and HIV beforehand, as should any person who may have committed zina, gay or straight.

According to the Ulemah no as one should no expose your own sins as Allah AzzaWahJal forgives all sins except the ones you reveal. However I think it is best for you to go to a person with knowledge so the person can talk to them one on one as they can tell you an answer according to your situation. However just to let you know under the Shari'ah a person found to be homosexual is put to death so if you live somewhere where this is in practise keep this in mind inshallah. Pray to Allah ta'allah he will forgive this persons and every muslims sins inshallah Ameen
 
repent is a christian concept and if a girl will m,arry him I dont care
 
I think it would be wise because she may find out thru the grapevine.
