Razr V3M trying to send a pic and its not working?

I sent a pic text to someone earlier (they received it) and tried to send another one, but now they say they cant receive it- that its failed. Ive re-sent it a bunch of times.

Why would it be that they received my pic text earlier, but now they cant receive them now? frustrating
 
it could be that one of you doesn have good cell reception...or if you di then it could just be an issue with you cell provider....turn off your phone and on again..have your friend do the same....that may work..if nothing works....call your provider
