I have dreams quiet frequently about my family & friends. (Mostly about my younger brother, who is now 18) They are always very realistic & most of the time I wake myself up crying. A lot of the times, my brother dies. Other times he's hurt very bad, but the weird thing is...Every time I have a dream like this, I call to tell him to be careful & it's about something that's happening.
Ex: A few months ago, I had a dream that my brother, one of our best friends, and some blonde girl I didn't know had a serious wreck in another town that he never goes to. I knew he had this wreck bc he called & said "Help", but this is all he could manage. I called my mother, who didn't know where he was, and I live 4 hrs away from them, so I was so worried I drove home, and happened to go through the same town he had wrecked in & pulled up on the accident. My brother & our friend were both dead, the girl barely alive. I woke up to tears & called my brother. He was on his way to a car show, having to drive through the very town I saw the wreck at, with our friend and a blonde girl I had never met. He immediately turned around and went home. The next day the wheel fell off of his truck when he was backing out of the driveway.
These dreams have happened several times. Once he was stabbed during a fight (when I called he was on his way to meet a friend to go to a fight). Once he jumped off a cliff into a nearby lake, where everyone does this (When I called he was swimming at that very lake), etc. I never know he is actually doing something like my dreams until I call, and he always listens to me & goes home or stops what he's doing. I've had a few dreams like this about a friend, small stuff-she never dies, just gets hurt or embarrassed, but I have a lot about my brother. My great grandmother used to have these "feelings" a lot & would call to tell me not to walk across the road today or to put on my seat belt, usually when I could actually get hurt like this. My mother still does this, with me and one of my cousin that we have never really been close to.
I was wondering if anyone knew anything about these dreams, because it scares me that the dreams could actually happen bc they are so real. Sorry about the long story.
