Record for consecutive UFC title defenses, and win streak in the UFC?

As far as I know, the current record for consecutive title defenses in the UFC is 5, held by Matt Hughes and Tito Ortiz. I think its right, and are there any other fighters who also tie for that record?

And the record for longest win streak in the UFC is 8 wins, held by Anderson Silva, Jon Fitch, and I think one more person but I don't know who.

Anybody know more about either of these questions?
